Dosto rozana raat hum bister par lette hai aankhe band karte hai aur neend hame apne aagosh me le leti hai.ye wo meethi aur pyari cheez hai jisme insaan apni ek tihai zindagi huzaar deta hai.lekin kabhi ispe gauro fikar nahi karta ye nahi sochta ke ye neend hai kya aur ye kaise aati hai.

Neend kya hai?



Dosto jism aur zahen ko aaram pohchane ke fitri amal ko neend kahete hai .Raat ko chand ghanto ki neend insaan ki fitri aur bu nyadi zaroorat hai.Duniya ka har koi jaandar neend ka maza leta hai.Behoshi ki haalat me insaan apne aaspas ki baato se bekhabar ho jaata hai.lekin neend ye ek qudrati amal hai jisse bina kisi davai ke bedar ho jaate hai ya bedaar kiye jaate hai.jabke be hoshi ek marz hai jisme hosh me laane ke liye davaiyo ki zaroorat padati hai.

Iske liye kisi Psychiatrist contact karna chahiye wo behatr ilaaj kar sakega.Anti depprassion neend ki kami bhi ho sakti hai.
